BLM Contracting, LLC offers a wide range of construction services, serving homes and businesses in New Hampshire, Southern Vermont, and Western Massachusetts. Our staff represents decades of experience in a multitude of trades, resulting in a team of seasoned professionals with the expertise to take on most projects from ground breaking to completion. We also have a commitment to Green Building. Through our association with other Green Builders and related professionals in our field, we bring a wealth of expertise and information to your project, including sustainably oriented Engineers and Architects.
The services that we offer include:
- General Carpentry, our teams of carpenters are available for jobs of any size. No job is too big or too small.
- New Construction, if you are building a new home, addition, garage, or outbuilding, we are available to get the job done in an expert and timely manner.
- Remodeling, we are remodelers for private homes and commercial buildings, and are ready to help you recreate your existing space with our team of renovation specialists.
- Custom Decks, deck building is a particular passion of Co-Owner Joe Blount, and we build them the best!
- Roofing, we install asphalt Shingles and metal roofing for very competitive prices.
- Siding, we install all types of siding, including vinyl siding, composite siding, traditional clapboards and shakes, and board and batten.
- Energy Efficiency, we use a team of the best energy auditors and engineers to design and install solutions to all of your needs. We can help you improve the energy efficiency of your building to the degree allowed by your desire and budget, from large whole building applications to simple and inexpensive improvements.
- Insulation, we are insulators who can install a variety of types of insulation, and can help you determine which one is the best for your application.
- Replacement Windows, even if your space is well insulated, most of your heat loss is through your windows. Increase your home's usability and energy efficiency dramatically by replacing old or poor quality windows. We work with many manufacturers, and will make sure you find the right windows for your home.
